📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels including cold calling, email, and social media.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Develop and present compelling sales proposals to address customer needs and pain points.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed quarterly targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.,Track and report sales performance and key metrics to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
