In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our document control system, which includes electronic and physical documents. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all documents are properly versioned, approved, and stored. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining our document management processes, reducing errors, and enhancing compliance with industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the document control system using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of all documents in the manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Develop and implement document control procedures and policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper document versioning, approval, and storage.
• Monitor and audit document control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Provide training and support to employees on document control procedures.
• Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and improve the document management system.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or a related role in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
