📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage financial operations, including financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Ensure adherence to GAAP and IFRS standards in all financial activities.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Monitor and control expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making for the management team.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Certification in CPA or CMA is a plus.
