In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and documenting public complaints to ensure they are handled according to company policies and procedures. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 12,000,000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Receive and document public complaints accurately and promptly.,Verify the authenticity and validity of complaints using established protocols.,Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve complaints effectively.,Maintain and update complaint records in the company's database.,Provide regular reports on complaint trends and resolutions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or complaint handling role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with company policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
