📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the logistics department.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Manage and supervise a team of logistics staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing logistics operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.,Certification in logistics management is a plus.
