As a Senior Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and acquiring goods and services for our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient and cost-effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and goals.,Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best value for money.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.,Monitor and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.,Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews.,Provide procurement support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and regulations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
