📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the outlet.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy and availability.,Train and develop sales staff to enhance performance and customer service skills.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product quality and availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is an advantage.
