📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.,Manage and motivate a team of sales and support staff.,Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor branch performance against set targets and KPIs.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Manage branch budget and financial performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management or sales leadership roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
