📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Support the Operations Manager in planning and executing store events and promotions.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer transactions.,Assist in training and supervising store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Operations Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
