In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining and updating the company's financial records and ledgers.,Preparing and processing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Managing vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.,Processing payroll for employees and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.,Assisting in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organization.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data for internal and external audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
