As the Fulfillment Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our fulfillment operations, from inventory management to order processing and shipping. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and continuous improvement. With a strong background in logistics and a proven track record of success, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring efficiency and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead a team of 50+ employees, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
• Implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve inventory accuracy, reduce cycle times, and minimize errors.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to address challenges and opportunities, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in fulfillment operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end fulfillment operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
