As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.,Handle administrative tasks related to employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
