PT Putih Anggrek is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Semarang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a proven track record of leadership in a retail or financial environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.,Handle cash transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Train and develop new cashiers to ensure they meet company standards.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Monitor cash drawer levels and ensure sufficient cash is available for transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using cash handling and POS systems.,Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
