📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
