📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, promotions, and other marketing activities to drive sales.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
