Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Manage and grow existing accounts, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and projects.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our market reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Bali.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
