Sentral Umar Health Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Staff Kasir to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashiering operations, including cash handling, deposit, and bank reconciliation.,Process patient payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Collaborate with the accounting and administrative teams to ensure smooth financial operations.,Monitor cash levels and inventory, and place orders as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or related roles in a healthcare or financial environment.,Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail in financial transactions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, visitors, and colleagues.,Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is preferred.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
