📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of documentation.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Create and maintain technical diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to support documentation.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and communication skills in English.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Experience with documentation management systems is a plus.
