As a Beauty Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for driving sales, providing expert beauty advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our team to maintain a well-stocked and organized retail space, and you'll have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experienced professionals in the beauty industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage with customers to provide beauty advice and product recommendations.
• Assist in product demonstrations and tutorials to showcase the benefits of our beauty products.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring products are displayed attractively and stock levels are accurate.
• Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems like Shopify or Lightspeed.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Promote our beauty products through in-store marketing and social media.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to provide expert advice to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a clean retail space.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic office software like Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with beauty products and trends is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
