📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS devices, and drones.
Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Create detailed maps, plans, and reports for construction, engineering, and land development projects.
Collaborate with project teams to establish precise property boundaries and land measurements.
Ensure all survey work is conducted safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Provide technical support and training to junior surveyors and field staff.
Stay updated with the latest surveying technologies and industry best practices.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on fieldwork.
Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD, SurvCE, or similar tools.
Valid certification in land surveying from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of geospatial technologies and data management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
