📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage financial operations, including financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and IFRS standards in all financial activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Monitor and control expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making for the management team.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in CPA or CMA is a plus.
