📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Manage a team of payroll staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Process payroll using SAP and QuickBooks, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
• Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Resolve payroll-related issues and queries from employees and management.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.
• Participate in payroll system upgrades and improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest payroll trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the food industry.
• Certification in payroll processing (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with hybrid/remote work environments is a plus.
