📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffee beverages.,Maintain and operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.,Ensure that coffee is brewed to the highest standards, with a focus on quality and consistency.,Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.,Keep the coffee shop clean and organized, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and continuously improve your skills.,Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and customer expectations.,Collaborate with the team to ensure that the coffee shop runs smoothly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Experience with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with coffee ingredients and flavors, and the ability to create unique and delicious coffee drinks.,Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.,A passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
