📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create high-quality gelato, jams, and caramel using traditional Italian methods
• Develop and test new recipes to maintain and improve product quality
• Work closely with the team to ensure consistent quality and taste
• Assist in maintaining and cleaning equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills
• Collaborate with other departments to support the overall success of the company
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in gelato making or a related food industry
• Proven experience with traditional Italian gelato making methods
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for food and a commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
