📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the design, development, and manufacturing support of wire harness and cable assembly products.
• Oversee the entire engineering process, from initial design concepts to final product delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Develop and implement engineering best practices and standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in wire harness and cable assembly technologies.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wire harness and cable assembly engineering.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials used in wire harness and cable assembly.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in wire harness and cable assembly (e.g., IWHA, AS9100) is a plus.
