📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct direct sales calls and visits to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager on sales activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in direct sales or promotional roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Driving license is a plus.
